Top Ten Tuesday, a concept started by The Broke and the Bookish, is a themed post that connects bloggers to bloggers, bloggers to readers, and readers to readers. Every Tuesday has a special topic, and this Tuesday is Top Ten Places Books Have Made Me Want to Visit.
Lindsey got me (and Morgan) all excited about this, and I’ll bet several of us have similar places on our lists! Let’s get to it!
1. Hogwarts
2. Narnia
3. Scotland / Isle of Skye (Outlander and Letters From Skye)
4. Paris (Anna and the French Kiss)
Which is odd because I don’t really want to visit France.
5. Hogwarts
6. Nebraska (Rainbow Rowell books)
7. Wales (The Winter Witch)
8. (re-visit) St. Petersburg / Leningrad and Moscow (The Bronze Horseman and The Boy on the Bridge)
9. Winter (Snow Like Ashes)
10. Hogwarts

What about Hogwarts? 😉

Heehee 🙂
I would’ve put London or Prague or Amsterdam, but I’ve been there already and I wasn’t sure if that counted. I went to Russia 10 years ago and barely remember it, so I felt that was valid to include.

Lol I see you have a notion of Hogwarts. I was surprised how much of my list this week is made up places!
La Coccinelle
Saint Petersburg made my list, too!

Hogwarts is the best most obvious answer in the world. I wouldn’t want to read a blog that didn’t put Hogwarts this week! 🙂
Scotlaaaand! Before and after Outlander, I’ve always wanted to visit Scotland.
Paris is beautiful and I’d love to go back! Anna is one of my favorite books. (Plus I need to visit Disneyland Paris haha.)
I’ve been wanting to read The Winter Witch! And Wales would be lovely since I heard it’s the country with the most castles in the world. I want to spend a month traveling the British Isles basically.

Hold on, Wales has the most castles in the world? We’re gonna need more than a month to travel the British Isles, Morgan…
